Shipping & Returns Policy

  1. DEFINITIONS

 

1.1       In this Shipping and Returns Policy, the following words have the following meanings, except where the context requires otherwise:

“Delivery Address” means the address which you provide on your order as the place where we should deliver the Products.

“Delivery Agent” means delivery agent who will be responsible for carriage of Products to the Delivery Address.

“Products” means the products you order.

 

  1. DELIVERY

 

2.1       Our standard delivery charge is £6.49 per order per brewery, for any order up to 10 cases (each case is up to 24 bottles/cans). For larger orders, delivery will be calculated at point of sale.

2.2       You can arrange to have the Products delivered to any address within the M25 for Next-Day Delivery subject to Brewery business hours. Nationwide delivery times may take longer. Unfortunately, we are not able to deliver to Armed Forces, Hospitals, PO Boxes or to BFPO addresses.

 

  1. RETURNS

 

3.1       Returning the Products you ordered is as easy as placing your order. All we will need is your order number and we will schedule a pick-up. Please call customer services on 0203 872 1904 or email us at support@craftybro.com for a return label or to arrange collection. If you are exercising your right to change your mind you must send off the goods within 14 days of telling us you wish to end the contract.

3.2       Collections take place within 48 working hours of booking. If a pre-arranged collection is not made, please get in touch and we will be happy to rearrange for a more suitable day.

 

  1. UPDATES

 

4.1       We will send you an e-mail once your order has been despatched. You can track it by following the link supplied in the email that we send to you when your order has been confirmed or you can check your order online, by logging in to your account and clicking on order history. Should there be an issue with your order, for instance damage or a delay we will call or email you to let you know.

4.2       Whilst we endeavour to complete all deliveries on a next-day basis, in rare cases, due to circumstances are outside of our control, this may not be possible. In these instances, you will be notified as soon as possible to rearrange delivery on an alternative date.

 

  1. CHALLENGE 25

 

We employ the industry standard Challenge 25 age verification process. This means that all deliveries must be signed for by someone at least 18 years of age. We, including our delivery agent, reserve the right to ask for customer identification to prove age in line with Challenge 25 and to refuse delivery to anyone we believe may be underage. Deliveries cannot be made to neighbouring addresses or left in “safe places”. More information about Challenge 25 can be found here.
